You may feel stuck in patterns that are hard to explain.
Overthinking, shutting down, people pleasing, anxiety, or feeling disconnected from yourself can leave you feeling overwhelmed, even when things look fine on the outside.
Instead of jumping straight into fixing things, we slow things down and take time to understand what is underneath those patterns.
We explore early experiences, relationships, and the ways those pieces may still be showing up now.
The goal is not just coping, but building insight, self-understanding, and a stronger connection with yourself.
How I Help
Support for Teens (12+)
When I work with teens, the focus is on helping them make sense of what they are feeling in a way that actually feels understandable.
They may be dealing with anxiety, pressure, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, or feeling misunderstood at home or socially. Sometimes it shows up as shutting down, overthinking, irritability, or feeling stuck without knowing why.
I create a space where teens can feel understood, be themselves, and build insight, confidence, and healthier ways to navigate what they are going through.
In our work together, we take time to understand the patterns, experiences, and relationships that may be shaping how you feel today.
You may be dealing with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, people pleasing, relationship struggles, or feeling emotionally disconnected from yourself or others.
My approach is steady, thoughtful, and collaborative. We focus on understanding both the “what” and the “why” so you can move through life with more clarity, self-awareness, and confidence.
There is space to be real in our sessions. That can include working through difficult emotions while also reconnecting with parts of yourself and your life that feel meaningful, grounding, or good.
