Fees & FAQ
Starting therapy or exploring an ADHD evaluation can feel like a big step, especially when you are still figuring out what kind of support you need.
This page covers therapy fees, ADHD evaluation options, and answers to some common questions about working together.
Therapy Fees
50 minute individual therapy session — $125
30 minute individual therapy session — $75
I am a private pay provider and do not accept insurance. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.
Scheduling & Cancellation
A 24 hour notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
If you are running late, please reach out as soon as possible. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time.
ADHD Evaluation Options
I offer two ADHD evaluation options depending on the level of support and documentation you are looking for.

Full Report
500
Includes:

If medication support feels relevant, we can talk through referral options together.
ADHD Evaluation Policies
Because ADHD evaluations involve multiple components, completed questionnaires, scoring, and scheduled clinical time, cancellation and rescheduling policies differ from ongoing therapy sessions.
A deposit of 50% is required to reserve an evaluation appointment. The remaining balance is due on the date of the clinical interview.
Completed questionnaires and required paperwork must be submitted prior to the evaluation session. Delays in receiving paperwork may affect scheduling and turnaround time.
Additional details regarding scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, and payment policies will be reviewed prior to booking.
A Few Important Notes
• Services are available for adults age 18 and older
• Sessions are offered in person in San Antonio and virtually throughout Texas
• ADHD evaluations are focused specifically on ADHD and are not full psychological or neuropsychological assessments
• I do not prescribe medication, though referral options can be discussed when appropriate
• Documentation may support accommodation requests, though approval is determined by the receiving institution or organization
How long does the ADHD evaluation process take?
Most evaluations are completed within a minimum of two weeks once all required information and questionnaires have been received. Timing can vary depending on scheduling and the type of documentation requested.
Do you offer In Person sessions?
At this time I am only offering virtual sessions which are available throughout Texas. In-person sessions in San Antonio will be added beginning August 2026.
What can I expect in the first therapy session?
The first session focuses on getting a sense of what brings you in, discussing goals, and determining whether the space feels like a good fit for you.
How often will we meet?
Many clients begin with weekly sessions, though frequency can be adjusted depending on your needs and schedule.
Do I need to be formally diagnosed to schedule an evaluation?
No. Many adults begin the process because they have questions about long-standing patterns and want a better understanding of what may be contributing to their challenges.
Do you accept insurance?
I am a private pay provider and do not accept insurance directly. A superbill can be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
